On Friday 15th March 2013 it was Red Nose Day, for Comic Relief.
Most of the children at Cornholme School brought some money for comic relief and
the school raised the amazing amount of £160.
The children were allowed to wear their ordinary clothes or dress up in pyjamas,
or as fairies, or wear red noses.
In assembly Mrs Lloyd showed the school a video of African children who lived in
huts that were unsafe, with holes in. All the children were shocked at what they
saw.
Hopefully, the money they raised will go to the children in Africa.
